This module will introduce you to concepts and techniques essential to the analysis of political issues using quantitative methods. This module provides an introduction to quantitative analysis and the ways in which these tools are applied to politics.
Together we will cover topics related to statistical inference; hypothesis testing; bivariate and multivariate regression analysis, and interaction terms among others.
This course will also provide you the opportunity to become proficient in the use of cutting edge computer software widely used in analysing quantitative data.
